💡TIP - Many Event Owners create separate tickets for their Presenters and Moderators, and their Expo Company Staff so they can easily keep track of who is assigned access, and where. Separating your cohorts into different tickets also makes it easier for you to send them tailored emails.
Presenters
Make sure the presenter you would like to add has already been uploaded into a ticket
Go to your event hosts section
Add a new host
Select the ticket holder from the dropdown list
Select the host type
Type in their display name
Type in the host's biography
You can also add the host's profile photo here for them, or you can wait until they log into the platform and complete their own business card
Once you've added them as a host, go to the session player where they are presenting, open the settings cog, scroll down to 'session presenters' and assign them here
In the live event layout, your presenters will appear in the schedule and inside the session stage to the right hand side of the viewing window
Note - you can have up to 6 presenters live in the Reattendance Stream. For all other types of content, you can assign as many presenters as required.
Moderators (only applicable to the Reattendance Stream)
Make sure the moderator you would like to add has already been uploaded into a ticket
Go to your event hosts section
Add a new host
Select the ticket holder from the dropdown list
Select the host type
The moderator will not be shown anywhere in the live event, therefore you do not need to complete the host's biography or upload a photo
Once you've added them as a host, go to the session player where they are moderating, open the settings cog, scroll down to 'session moderators' and assign them here
Note - you can only have one moderator in the Reattendance Stream.
