Just like any successful event, you’re going to need a team supporting you to make it all come together. Once you have a valid subscription, you can invite team members to work on the event with you.
Team members have very specific rights in Reattendance. These include:
- Edit rights to the back end of the event
- Access to all areas of an event, despite ticket access levels or schedule times
- Send announcements
- Moderate chat and Q&A
- Be added to "Event Help" as part of your online front of house team (if required)
What team members cannot do:
- Create a brand new event
- Purchase seats
- Purchase additional team members
