Team Members Overview

Just like any successful event, you’re going to need a team supporting you to make it all come together. Once you have a valid subscription, you can invite team members to work on the event with you.


Team members have very specific rights in Reattendance. These include:

  • Edit rights to the back end of the event
  • Access to all areas of an event, despite ticket access levels or schedule times
  • Send announcements
  • Moderate chat and Q&A
  • Be added to "Event Help" as part of your online front of house team (if required)


What team members cannot do:

  • Create a brand new event
  • Purchase seats
  • Purchase additional team members
