The Attendee Journey has been made as hassle free as possible to make it super easy for your attendees to get on to Reattendance and in to your event. If your attendee is new to Reattendance, your attendee's account will have already be created for them once you assign them to a ticket. After this, it's just a case of sending out the emails to your attendees with their unique joining links, a simple process due to our built in shortcodes.

Now the attendee has received and followed their unique joining link, they will be asked to create a password for their account. As soon as this is complete, they're in!

Next, there are just a few simple steps for your attendee to go through, starting with inputting their timezone, this is important as it means wherever your attendee is based in the world, the schedule for your event will amend itself to their timezone.

The next stage is creating a business card, here they will be asked if they'd like to add a photo of themselves, some basic information and a tagline. None of this is compulsory, if your attendee doesn't wish to put any information in here they can skip to the next step, and they can always come back later if they change their mind.

💡TIP - There will be many opportunities to 'swap business cards' with other attendees, this is a great way of swapping information with people by a click of a button, so we highly recommend filling in your business card.

Following this, your attendee will be asked if they wish to have their networking switched on. This is so that your attendees get to choose if they would like to be completely private/anonymous or whether they would like to utilise all of Reattendance features and network to their hearts content! But ultimately, this is entirely up to the individual.

Finally, your attendee will be asked to indicate whether or not they would wish to create their own events, or whether they will just be attending event. And that's it - a really quick, simple way for your attendees to get access to your event, and get the most out of their Reattendance account!
