Reattendance provides world beating analytics, there is so much data collected throughout your event, from how people are interacting, to survey responses, to feedback and so much more. You can access the Event Analytics by entering the 'back-end' of your event, and find them on the left hand side of your event build.

When first entering your events analytics, you'll be welcomed with the below figures:

  • Total Ticket Sales
  • Total Attendance Percentage
  • Total Event Views (live)
  • Total Event Views (post-event)
  • Total Number of Chat messages
  • Total Number of Networking Calls Made
  • Total Number of Emails Sent to Attendees

And going in to extensive details about every corner of your event:

  • Event Pages
  • Event Survey
  • Event Survey Question Answers
  • Event Polls
  • Event Polls Questions
  • Session Player
  • Expo Company
  • My Interests (Delegate, Event Organiser, Sponsor, Exhibitor, Speaker)
  • Networking
  • Poster Presentation
  • Chat

The exact analytics vary for each of these, but for example, Expo Company Analytics will have the following: Total views, Unique Views, Attendees Views, Average Views, Average Downloads, Average Clicks, and Total Live Talks. There truly is endless data from your event at your fingertips!

💡TIP - If you'd like to see exactly who went where, how many times, at what time and so on, just click the eye symbol to the right. You can also download this information by clicking the blue 'Download CSV' at the top of the page.
