If you’re a member of an expo team at an event hosted on ReAttendance, then you’ll want to be able to customise and edit every part of your virtual expo stand to suit your company’s needs.
And with a ReAttendance virtual expo stand, you can do just that.
So let’s take a short look at how you can edit every aspect of your virtual expo stand as an expo team member.
As an alternative to this guide, the event host can set up your stand from their end. All you need to do is request this service and if you pass along all the necessary details, they can set up your expo stand so it’s ready for when you arrive.
Tutorial: How To Edit Your Expo Stand As An Expo Team Member On ReAttendance
Step 1: Head to your attendee dashboard and select the event that you’ll be part of from the “Live Scheduled Event” section.
If you can’t see the event here, then it is likely you haven’t been added to the event by the host. You will need to contact them to confirm that you have been added as an expo team member to the event.
Step 2: You’ll find yourself in the lobby of the virtual event.
All you need to do is click the “Expo” tab at the top of the page and head to the virtual expo floor.
Step 3: In the virtual expo floor, look around to find your expo stand and then click it to start editing your stand’s details.
If you can’t find your expo stand, then you’ll need to get in touch with your event host in order to do the initial setup of your stand.
Step 4: You will now find yourself in your blank virtual expo stand.
If you are logged in and everything has been set up correctly, you will see a button to “Edit This Page”.
You’ll have to individually edit each of the different parts of your virtual expo stand, all of which can be navigated using the menu on the left hand side.
We’ll start by editing our “Company Info”, since that’s the first part of your expo stand that all your visitors will see.
Step 5: Editing your company info is as simple as working your way down the page and editing all of your details.
In your company info you can select and edit:
- Your company name
- Add a trailer or explainer for your company using a Vimeo or YouTube link
- Edit your basic company information which will be displayed under your video
- Edit your company logo (make sure your logo is sized to the exact dimensions that it specifies e.g 220px x 130px)
Once you’ve edited all your details, then remember to hit the “Save” button at the bottom before you move on.
Step 6: In our “Business Card” section, you can edit the details on your virtual business card.
Absolutely anyone who visits your expo stand can take your card and they can also leave their own for you to use later as a lead.
Simply edit your company email, telephone number, website address and tagline; then your business card is complete.
The company logo you selected in your “Company Info” will be used throughout your expo stand, so there’s no need to upload another one.
Once again, when you’ve finished updating all your information, hit the “Save” button and then continue onto the next section.
Step 7: In the “Special Offers” area, you can promote your special discounts and promos.
You can edit your special offer information, add a link to your offer and upload a special promotional image to draw attention to your offer.
Once again, make sure that the promotional material you upload is correctly sized to 400px x 200px.
Once all that is done, you can hit the “Save” button and continue.
Step 8: Next is your “Downloads” section. In this section you can upload documents and lead gens for any expo visitors to take with them.
These documents can be anything from explainer documents to brochures for your products and services.
To add a new document, simply click the “+” button and then enter the details for your document.
These details include:
- An image to represent your document sized at 200px x 150px
- A short description of your document
- A title for your document
- Finally, the document itself, which should be in a PDF format
You can continue adding as many documents as you want, but once you’re done, just hit the “Save” button to continue.
Step 9: The final section of your virtual expo is the “Talk To Us Live” section.
There is nothing for you to edit here, but this area allows any expo stand visitors to get in touch with you in live chat right away.
The page should list all of the available staff, so make sure all your expo team members are logged in and displaying as available to talk.
On the right hand side of the page, you’ll find a chat box. Here you can switch between your:
Team Chat – The private chat between all your expo team members
Attendees Chat – The public chat between your expo team members and attendees visiting your expo stand
Callbacks – If you’re unavailable when an attendee wants to live chat with you, they can request a callback. You can then get in touch with them again at any time as long as they’re still online on ReAttendance.
Step 10: You’re all set up.
Below is an example of what a completed virtual expo stand looks like.
You can continue to update and edit your stand’s information at any time during the event, all you have to do is go into the relevant area of your stand and edit the page.
